First time using sixt battersea. Everything went ok and I was pleased with their service until the end inspection of the vehicle.
Prior to taking the van out I made a short video of all the damages I could find. The guy at the end went round with a clip board pointing out all these issues that were not on his list. I don’t know if this is some kind of con because the van was in pretty bad shape considering it was a 68 reg. if I did not have evidence of this I don’t know where I would have stood regarding liability.
Luckily the guy who served me in the morning Jessie was able to step in and help. Had it not been for him my conversation with the other guy would have got quite heated. Other than that incident at the end staff were helpful and the process was very quick
