I've used Sixt in Vegas and DFW. Both times have been superb!! Everyone from the counter to customer service to the vehicle return center have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. I HAVE had to call the main customer service number and was assisted quickly from a very friendly representative who went out of their way to help me navigate thru the app setup process. My wait time at either location for any reason was NEVER longer than 5 minutes.

There selection of vehicles are top notch. I am a bit of a picky person, As my husband says, I require the "princess package" at all times. And that is exactly what I get every time with Sixt.

I'm instinctively inclined to give this place one star rating but I also want to be fair for the overall service. The car seemed brand new and very clean. The booking process online was quick and relatively easy and no pushing to buy insurance from them which is great and the can return was quick. But I don't think I have ever encountered a service agent in any business who goes out of their way to be rude like intentionally want to ruin your experience similar to what I experienced with Ms Alexandra L because I couldn't find another explanation for this treatment. I was smiling and friendly from the greetings, but her first sentence was "do you have a booking" before even hi and then proceeded with things like "why don't know your insurance info" while i was getting the info from my phone and then when I asked HOW MUCH is the security deposit, she replied with stern look "it's a security" and at the end when I asked about the car location and the return address, the reply was "I already told you, I already marked it on the recipient". I might been slow to hear her the first time but there are more customer friendlier responses than that. just few examples of what i remember. The might been the best car i ever rented, but no way i'm using Sixt service in DFW again. A rude service is not worth it.

It was my first time renting with Sixt and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how nice the rental area was as well. The agent even gave me an upgrade with out me asking. I liked the extra touches of bottled water and coffee and also like the ease of getting to the car and the return process. I will rent from Sixt again for sure!
