Awesome service by Mary. Very easy to get to this location via free metromover if not staying at the Intercontinental itself. The car itself was brand new and pristine with just over 4K miles in the odometer. Unfortunately could not add my points to my Sixt account and was told it has to be done before signing the contract; so, remember to do that prior to sign, in order to get the points. All COVID-19 protocols are followed both at the agency and for the car itself. Maybe it’d be a nice detail if they implement a complimentary hand sanitizer in the vehicle, which I’m sure would be a low investment for the company and highly appreciated by the costumers. Sixt never disappoints with fancy cars at almost the same price of regular cars when renting with the competition.
