I had a great experience at the Sixt Car Rental office at the San Diego Airport on 29 September 2018. After an exhausting flight from Europe that had delays and other problems, I discovered I had made a mistake in my reservation. I had wanted a one-way car rental from San Diego to San Francisco two weeks later. Carlos was assisting me and had been very helpful even before I discovered this problem in deciding which services made the best sense for my plans. When I discovered my mistake, Lesley assisted, too, and went so far as to let me use her personal cell phone as a hot spot since my European cell phone didn't have data in the U.S. to confirm the original details of my reservation. The mistake was obviously mine, but they went above and beyond to find me a good discount to rescue an otherwise exhausting trip. Thank you to Lesley and Carlos! I will definitely be using Sixt again, especially in San Diego!
