So let me start by saying I LOVE that you can get a luxury car at a lower price that other rental company's will give you a Hyundai. Sixt is still my go-to rental car place but I have to give them lower stars because of their customer service. The local customer service is fine but if you have to call in to get anything changed or updated you are working with a European company and will go through the ringer to get to the right person. That part is super frustrating. That has only been my experience one time, the other multiple times i didn't need any changes and everything was fine and I really like their line of cars.
