The pricing of the vehicle and the staff at the store are great, but when I had to change the date, the system screwed up my reservation and changed my vehicle type without alerting me. The system automatically gave me a smaller car. The worst part is that there was no one at the hotline or at the service counter that had any authority to adjust the cost or resolve my issue. Becareful when making reservations on line, the system is tricky and changes fees and vehicles without any alert and then you are stuck with whatever they have. Also, the person that attended me, promised that a manager would be in contact to resolve the issue and it is 4 days later today and no one has reached out to me.
