I made the (from the sounds of it) pretty silly and common mistake of accidentally booking a car from the day before I was scheduled to pick it up... therefore I stupidly turned up a day late for my own booking and it had technically been automatically cancelled. My own fault.
The manager, Mr. Aaron Kettner, arranged a good workaround to this, for which I was extremely grateful. This, coupled with the great service afforded by Ms. Corinne, the customer service representative, ensured that I promptly drove out of the centre with a hire car.
Professional, helpful and friendly, at decent prices. Would recommend and, for sure, will use their services again upon my next return.
